Description of Cloudalize

Cloudalize is a private cloud vendor which has developed its own proprietary cloud platform powered by graphical-processing units. It’s flagship product is Cloud Workstations (Desktop-as-a-Service) along with Kubernetes GPU Cloud (Kubernetes-as-a-Service) and One-click App-streaming (Application-as-a-Service)

Achievements

  • Became the marketing hub of the company through re-organisation and centralisation of marketing operations
  • Set up new real-time reporting to obtain data on markets, prospects and customers to learn what they want and need
  • Agile working facilitated 18 new webpages to be planned, created and published in 6 weeks during summer 2020
  • Recommended to management to abandon out-of-date and underused tools used by the previous marketing employees. Cost saving of € 6,500 for 2020
  • Established new data management conventions in the CRM to streamline lead capture, customer segmentation and documentation management
  • The above has helped to deliver the right content to prospects, customers and shareholders by channel when required
  • Built one Microsoft 365 site to centralise the tasks, documentation and schedules of the two previously split teams of sales and marketing into one
  • Built a similar Microsoft 365 site for Marketing called “Marketing Musketeers
  • Helped to write the new Sales & Marketing process to focus on account-based selling, BANT evaluation and buyer personae.
  • Set up and monitor KPIs for website, social media and advertising

Description of Business & Decisions

Business & Decision (B&D) is a global management, strategy consulting and systems integration group driving Digital Transformation through the introduction of IoT, AI, CRM and other IT-enabled tools.

Dates: From August 2018 to May 2019

  • Completed Scrum Master training and successfully used it in project managing from concept to completion
  • Conducted market analysis and research on new technology trends including Internet-of-Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Translated market analysis and research into technical and commercial content for sales team and account managers to distribute to clients and prospects
  • Updated company documentation on customer engagement programmes and initiatives to fit the new organisation structure and marketing offering
  • Acted as a pre-sales consultant when necessary to advise on the best-fit product to respond to RfP and RfI submissions
  • Aided to implemented an Adobe Campaign Classic for a web agency to improve their communications to clients and prospects
  • Guided two newcomers through the Adobe Campaign Classic training

European Service Network (ESN) – Project Manager

Dates: from September 2017 to July 2018

Managed marketing and communications projects for a variety of EU-institutional clients including the Foreign Policy Instruments, DG Research & Innovation, DG Mobility and Transport and Clean Sky. These included:

  • Update the website of Road Safety to the current one here
  • H2020 Brochures of DG Research & Innovation one of which is available here
  • Marketing automation and GDPR compliance for the external communications of Clean Sky

Digital Marketing Specialist – Septentrio

Dates: From March 2015 to August 2017

Description of Septentrio

Septentrio is developer and manufacturer of high-quality reliable Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) equipment. GNSS equipment receive the signals transmitted from satellites – GPS, Galileo, BeiDou, GLONASS, etc. – to determine location on earth. It’s equipment is used by dredging and surveying companies; in mining and construction as well as in autonomous vehicles and for seismology.

Achievements

  • Supported the Product Managers to develop positioning, go-to-market strategy and new marketing initiatives
  • Managed the company’s marketing presence on multiple channels including email, social media and events
  • Created and edited content such as email campaigns, blog posts, press releases and the first product brochure 
  • Launched successfully the PolaRx5 and AsteRxU product lines as well as the Altus NR2 product
  • Liaised with creative agencies around the world to produce marketing assets such as product brochures, videos (below) and exhibition banners for the 3 regional offices.
  • Centralised marketing operations to supervise marketing activities and brand supervision
  • Unified the brand and centralised marketing operations
  • Managed the marketing budget of EUR 250,000

Digital Content Marketer – Selligent

  • Dates: From March 2014 to October 2014

Description of Selligent 

Selligent is is an multi-channel marketing cloud platform based in Braine-l’Aleud. It is now a part of the CM Group.

Achievements 

  • Coordinated and distributed written and visual content to implement the content component of the corporate marketing and communications strategy
  • Drafted email marketing campaigns to clients and other stakeholders as well as advertisements to promote the Selligent brand on the Bizo advertising network
  • Wrote blog posts on new trends in the market place as well as press releases announcing the latest product launches
  • Worked closely with the graphic/motion designer to produce 6 videos (1 of which is below) for the Selligent Intl. Partner Awards in only 3 weeks; one of which is available here
